June was a full month. We were out at homes ranging from cozy single-story houses to tall modern builds with three-story window banks - and everything in between. Screened gazebos, rooftop window access, siding covered in algae streaks, interior high-up windows that needed a ladder - we handled it all. To every homeowner who trusted us with their property this month, genuinely - thank you.
No two jobs looked the same. Some homes had siding that had been quietly building up green algae and grime for a long time. That kind of buildup doesn't just look bad - it sits on your exterior and works against the material over time. Pressure washing gets it off clean and gives the surface a fresh start. The before-and-after difference on those tall siding walls is always one of the more satisfying results we see.
Window cleaning was a big part of the month too. We use water-fed poles for the taller exterior panes - it lets us reach high windows safely and effectively without cutting corners. For interior windows up in tight spaces, ladders and traditional squeegee work get the job done right. Either way, the goal is the same: streak-free glass that actually lets light in the way it's supposed to.
What keeps us motivated is simple. When a homeowner looks through their clean windows and actually notices the view again, or walks up to their house and the siding just looks sharp - that's the whole thing. We put care into each job, whether it's a quick window cleaning or a full exterior wash. We don't treat any property like it's routine.
We're already looking ahead and keeping the schedule moving. If your home has been on your to-do list, we'd love to help take it off.
